IGLOO LUZON DEEP 3.75 Refrigerated Display Case

A refrigerated display case keeps perishable foods chilled while presenting them to customers through a clear front panel. The LUZON DEEP 3.75 uses a closed refrigeration circuit charged with R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant that absorbs heat from the storage chamber and expels it at the condenser. Dynamic cooling circulates the cold air with a fan, ensuring an even temperature across every shelf and preventing warm spots that could spoil food.

The operator loads the storage chamber through hinged back doors, then transfers products to the front exposition area. The straight front glass pane can be opened slightly for restocking or cleaning. An electronic temperature controller with a digital display maintains the setpoint between +1 °C and +10 °C, and an automatic defrost cycle removes ice build-up without manual intervention. LED lamps illuminate the display in white, confectionery or pink light, while a bumper protects the base from trolley impacts.

The body is constructed from white coated sheet metal, with anodised aluminium profiles in gold or silver finish. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation fills the walls, and the worktop is stainless steel. The condenser outlet drains into a container, and an alarm sounds if the condenser becomes clogged or the fan fails.

The unit measures 3830 mm wide, 1180 mm deep and 1220 mm high, plus a 10 mm tolerance. It operates on a 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase supply. The modular design allows corner units to be added, so the showcase can be arranged to fit the layout of the sales floor.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel surfaces with a damp cloth, removing the front glass pane for deeper access, and emptying the condenser outlet container. The LED lamps and electronic controller require no routine maintenance beyond checking the display for error codes.

Variants include choice of LED colour, anodised profile finish, and bumper colour. The LUZON DEEP series is designed for self-service sales of meats, cheeses, fish and similar products.
