IGLOO LUZON DEEP NZ90 Outer Corner Cold Display Case

A refrigerated corner display case turns the unused angle of a shop floor into a sales point for chilled goods. The LUZON DEEP NZ90 sits flush against two walls, presenting meat, cheese, fish or deli items at eye level while keeping them between +1 °C and +10 °C. Instead of static cold air that settles in layers, a fan circulates the air continuously, pulling heat away from every shelf at the same rate. This dynamic cooling prevents warm spots and keeps the display evenly chilled without freezing the products closest to the evaporator.

The operator loads the case from the back chamber, which opens on hinges. Stock is arranged on the white-coated steel shelves behind the curved front glass; the glass can be opened slightly for quick access without breaking the cold seal. An electronic regulator with a digital display sets the target temperature; the unit then maintains it automatically, defrosting the evaporator at intervals to keep the airflow clear. LED lighting—available in white, pastry or pink—illuminates the display without adding heat, so the cooling load stays low.

The body is built from coated white sheet metal with a stainless-steel worktop. Anodised aluminium profiles in gold or silver frame the glass front and sides, while a coloured bumper protects the base. Environmentally friendly polyurethane foam fills the walls, floor and door, insulating the case so that the 8.4 kWh daily energy consumption remains steady even in warm shop conditions. A condenser outlet drains into a built-in tank, eliminating the need for external plumbing.

The 230 V 50 Hz voltage requirement matches a standard single-phase circuit, allowing the unit to be plugged in without special wiring. The 1375 mm width and depth create a footprint that fits precisely into a 90° corner, leaving no wasted space. The 1230 mm height places the top shelf at a comfortable reach for most customers, while the stainless-steel worktop provides a stable surface for additional displays or signage.

Cleaning follows the construction: the straight front glass wipes down with a cloth, the stainless-steel top resists stains, and the white-coated steel shelves and chamber can be removed for thorough washing. The anodised aluminium profiles do not corrode, and the polyurethane insulation does not absorb moisture, so the case stays hygienic with routine wiping and occasional deep cleaning.

The LUZON DEEP NZ90 is part of the LUZON series, which includes straight, inner-corner and outer-corner models. Optional colours for the body, bumper and LED lighting allow the display to be matched to shop branding. The case is designed for self-service sales, so customers can browse and select items without staff assistance.
