A floor-standing bread display shelf organises large quantities of baked goods in full view of customers. The shelf assembly rests on aluminium profiles that form the vertical frame. These profiles are fitted with decorative inserts in either silver or gold, allowing the unit to match different shop colour schemes. The base cupboard has sliding doors that conceal storage for packaging, utensils or additional stock. A granite worktop provides a hard-wearing surface that resists scratches and heat from hot trays.

To set up the display, the operator slides the base doors open and loads the cupboard with supplies. The granite top is then used to stage the first trays or baskets. Shelves are adjusted to the required height and loaded with baked goods, ensuring each item is visible from the front. LED lamps are switched on to illuminate the display, and the angled mirror is positioned to reflect the most attractive items. Customers can see the full range from a distance, and staff can restock or rotate items without interrupting service.

The aluminium frame and granite worktop are chosen for their durability and ease of cleaning. Aluminium does not rust or corrode, and the smooth surface of the granite resists stains and can be wiped down quickly. LED lamps generate little heat, reducing the risk of drying out or overheating the bread. The sliding doors on the base cupboard prevent dust from settling on stored items and keep the workspace tidy.

Overall dimensions of 920 mm wide, 580 mm deep and 2230 mm high allow the shelf to fit against a wall or within a bakery counter layout. The footprint is compact for the display area it provides, and the height maximises vertical space in busy retail environments.
