The granite counter is used for any last-minute preparation or for weighing and bagging items sold by weight. Sliding doors on the base cupboard open to reveal storage for bags, labels, tongs or small equipment, keeping the worktop clear during service.

The frame is built from aluminium profiles with silver or gold decorative inserts, chosen for corrosion resistance and a modern appearance. The granite countertop resists scratches, stains and heat from hot trays. Each shelf is lit by a dedicated LED lamp that runs cool and draws minimal power, so the unit can stay on all day without overheating or adding significantly to the electricity bill. The aluminium frame and granite top require only a damp cloth for daily cleaning; the LED lamps and mirror can be wiped with a soft, dry microfibre to avoid streaks or dust build-up. The sliding doors of the base cupboard run on tracks that should be kept free of crumbs or debris to ensure smooth operation.
