To use the INNOVA 70.110, the operator arranges products on the adjustable glass shelves, which can be set at different heights and angles to suit various items. The rear sliding door provides access to the interior, while the innovative retractable front system allows customers to view products without obstruction. The electromagnetic lock secures the front panel when closed, ensuring safety during service. The lower stainless steel shelf offers additional storage or display space, and the melamine wooden case at the base can be customised to match kitchen decor.

Constructed with a combination of materials, the showcase features external glass panels filled with argon for insulation, framed in wood with a choice of finishes from the IGLOO pattern book. The inner frame is painted in a matching colour, and the work surface is also wooden, available in the same range of options. LED lighting is integrated into the upper interior and front frame, illuminating products evenly without generating heat that could affect displayed items.

The 230 V power requirement means the unit connects to a standard single-phase circuit, drawing minimal current for its LED lighting. Its 700 mm width, 850 mm depth and 1100 mm height provide a compact footprint that fits on most worktops or counters, while the stainless steel kick plinth protects the base from cleaning sprays and accidental knocks. The lower shelf and case are made of durable materials that resist moisture and wear in a busy kitchen environment.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels with a non-abrasive cleaner to maintain clarity, while the wooden surfaces can be treated with food-safe polish to preserve their finish. The stainless steel shelf and kick plinth are cleaned with standard kitchen sanitising solutions, and the LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
