To use the showcase, the operator first selects the desired colour for the wooden body and interior frame from the available options. The glass shelves are then adjusted for height and angle to suit the items being displayed, ensuring each product is visible and stable. Products are placed on the shelves through the curved front glass or the rear sliding door, with taller items positioned towards the back. The LED lighting is switched on to enhance presentation, and the showcase is ready for service. The lower internal wooden shelf, if fitted, offers extra storage or display space.

The construction combines a wooden outer case with glass side panels or combined glass bulkheads for multiplexed setups. The inner frame is painted in a choice of colours, and the lower case is finished in melamine-coated wood. The curved front glass and rear sliding door are both made of glass, providing a clear view of the contents from multiple angles. The LED lighting system includes an upper internal light and additional lights for each shelf, all emitting a warm pastry colour to enhance the appearance of baked goods.

The 88 W power rating indicates a low electrical load, suitable for standard 230 V, 50 Hz circuits found in most professional kitchens and retail spaces. The 1400 mm width allows the showcase to fit along worktops or counters without overhang, while the 865 mm depth provides ample display space without occupying excessive floor area. Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth to remove fingerprints and dust, while the wooden and melamine parts can be cleaned with a mild detergent. The LED lights require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. The glass shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the rear sliding door can be taken off its track if needed.
