A neutral showcase keeps confectionery at room temperature while presenting it under bright, even light. Unlike refrigerated units, it does not cool or heat the contents, relying instead on ambient conditions to preserve texture and appearance. The INNOVA 100.110 opens with a retractable front glass panel that slides smoothly into the unit, eliminating the need for hinged doors that swing into the customer's space. An electromagnetic lock secures the panel when closed, preventing accidental opening while allowing quick access for restocking. The operator loads the shelves from the rear, using a sliding door that moves along the back of the unit. Adjustable glass shelves let the user set the height and angle to suit different product sizes, ensuring each item is visible and accessible. The lower stainless-steel shelf provides additional storage or display space, while the melamine wooden case beneath conceals supplies or equipment.

The exterior combines straight glass panels filled with argon for insulation, framed by wooden elements in a choice of colours from the IGLOO pattern book. The work surface is also wooden, matching the unit's finish, while the inner frame is painted in a complementary shade. LED lighting runs along the front frame and upper interior, casting a consistent glow across the display without generating heat that could affect the confectionery. The kick plinth, made of stainless steel, protects the base from scuffs and makes cleaning easier.

The showcase is constructed as a plug-in unit with no cooling system, reducing energy consumption and maintenance. Its modular design allows it to be used alone or stacked with other INNOVA units, such as ice cream dispensers or refrigerated cases, to create a cohesive counter layout. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement matches standard UK circuits, while the 26.4 W load ensures minimal impact on the kitchen's electrical supply. The footprint of 1000 mm wide, 850 mm deep and 1400 mm high fits within most worktop or counter configurations, providing ample display volume without occupying excessive floor space.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels, stainless-steel surfaces and wooden elements with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The adjustable shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, while the rear sliding door allows access to the interior without dismantling the unit. The LED lighting does not require regular maintenance, and the absence of a cooling system eliminates the need for condenser cleaning or refrigerant checks.
