Confectionery display case JAMAIKA NEUTRAL. Temperature mode - neutral
A neutral showcase keeps confectionery visible without refrigeration, relying on ambient temperature to preserve dry or packaged goods. The unit uses no compressor or evaporator; instead, it provides an enclosed, well-lit space that shields cakes, biscuits and pastries from dust and handling while allowing customers to view the display. LED lighting illuminates each shelf evenly, enhancing colour and texture without generating heat that could affect the products. The operator loads the showcase by opening the curved front glass, placing items on the adjustable glass shelves and optional lower wooden shelf. Each shelf can be set at different heights and angles to create an organised presentation. The rear sliding door gives access to the back of the display for restocking or cleaning. Once loaded, the showcase remains closed to maintain a clean environment; only the front glass is opened when serving customers. The outer case is wooden, available in various colours, with matching side panels. Glass side panels or combined glass bulkheads allow the unit to be multiplexed with adjacent showcases. The inner frame is painted in a choice of colours, and the lower case is melamine-coated wood. LED lighting is fitted above the display area and on each shelf, providing a consistent pastry-coloured light that highlights the products. A power rating of 18 W indicates a low electrical load, suitable for standard 230 V circuits found in most professional kitchens. The footprint of 700 mm width and 865 mm depth fits on a standard worktop or counter, while the 1370 mm height allows it to stand on the floor without requiring additional clearance. The neutral temperature range means the showcase is not designed for chilled or frozen goods, but for items that remain stable at room temperature. Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and side panels with a damp cloth, removing the shelves for thorough cleaning if needed. The wooden surfaces can be dusted or polished with a suitable cleaner. The LED shelf lights cast a warm, even glow that makes every layer of cookies and yeast cakes look freshly baked. Variants include different colours for the wooden body, side panels, inner frame and lower case, as well as the option of glass side panels or combined glass bulkheads for multiplexed installations.
