A neutral showcase maintains ambient temperature, letting pastries, desserts and plated dishes stay visible without refrigeration. The unit relies on room climate rather than a cooling system, so it draws minimal power while keeping items at the same conditions as the surrounding kitchen or shop. This makes it suitable for baked goods that do not require chilling, such as cakes, tarts and decorated pastries, as well as plated meals ready for service. To use the KAMELEO 0.9N, position the unit on a level worktop or counter. Adjust the four feet until the bubble level shows the case is stable. Slide the rear door open and place the stainless-steel lower shelf in its guides. Insert the glass display shelves at the desired height and angle, ensuring each shelf locks into the silver or gold inner frame. Arrange the pastries or dishes on the shelves, then switch on the LED lighting for each shelf to highlight the items. The curved front glass swings open for easy access during service or restocking, while the rear sliding door allows staff to reach items without disturbing customers.

The showcase is built on a wooden outer case that can be ordered in various colours to match shop decor. The inner frame is finished in either silver or gold, providing a contrasting background for the glass shelves. Each shelf is lit by LED strips that cast a warm tone suited to pastry, enhancing the appearance of icing, glazes and decorations. The lower shelf, made of stainless steel, resists stains and can hold heavier items or backup stock. A combined glass rear door slides smoothly on tracks, and the openable curved front glass is secured by a stay to prevent accidental closure. Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and stainless-steel lower shelf with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
