A neutral display cabinet designed to present bread and pastries in a way that invites customers while keeping products visible and accessible. Shelves of this type rely on adjustable height and angle to create tiers that guide the eye and make selection easy. The structure supports the weight of loaves, rolls and trays without sagging, and the open front allows unobstructed reach so staff can restock or serve without moving the unit.

The operator loads the shelves from the front, setting each shelf at the desired height and tilt to suit the size of the product. Bread is placed directly on the shelves, while pastries may be arranged on trays or baskets that sit on the shelves. The pull-out base shelf provides additional space for bulk items or slower-moving lines, and can be drawn forward without bending or stretching. Once loaded, the unit remains in place, acting as a permanent sales point that requires no further adjustment during service.

Construction is a welded frame of powder-coated steel, supporting four shelves of the same finish. The base cabinet houses the pull-out shelf, which runs on full-extension runners. All surfaces are smooth and free of sharp edges to simplify cleaning and prevent damage to packaging or product.

Controls are limited to the adjustable shelf brackets, which allow each shelf to be set at any height within the frame and tilted forward or back to improve visibility. No electrical or mechanical controls are present, so the unit can be placed anywhere on the shop floor without access to power or drainage.

The dimensions of 876 mm wide, 784 mm deep and 2100 mm high create a footprint that fits against a wall or island counter, while the height allows the top shelves to be seen from across the room. The additional 10 mm in the specification accounts for the thickness of the frame and feet, ensuring the unit sits level on uneven floors. The weight of the empty unit means it can be moved by two people using a sack trolley, but is stable enough to remain in place during service.

Cleaning involves wiping the shelves and frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The pull-out shelf should be removed periodically to clean the runners and base cabinet interior. No disassembly is required, and no parts need to be soaked or scrubbed.
