Showcase JOLA 875 mm. Temperature range +5ºC/+15ºC
A refrigerated showcase keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe temperatures. The unit circulates cooled air behind a sealed glass cabinet, drawing heat away from the interior and expelling it through a condenser. This continuous cycle holds the set temperature without drying the products, allowing customers to view items clearly while the operator keeps stock organised on adjustable shelves.
The JOLA 4 RETRO loads from the front and sides through full-height glazed panels. Five glass shelves slide into vertical slots, letting the operator arrange products at different heights. Each shelf can be repositioned or removed for cleaning, and an optional rotating mechanism turns the shelves to present goods from every angle. The electronic regulator with a digital display sets the temperature between +5 °C and +15 °C, showing the current reading so staff can monitor conditions at a glance.
The cabinet stands on a sturdy frame clad in decorative wood trim with carved detailing. Four sides of toughened glass enclose the interior, supported by aluminium profiles. The refrigerant R134a or R290 circulates through a sealed system, cooling the air before it passes over the shelves. A 230 V single-phase supply powers the compressor and fan, drawing 7.9 kWh over 24 hours of continuous operation.
The footprint of 875 mm by 870 mm fits against a wall or island counter, while the 1970 mm height allows full visibility from across the room. At 205 kg, the unit requires two people to move and a level floor to prevent strain on the glass panels. The temperature range suits chilled drinks, dairy, and prepared foods that need gentle cooling without freezing.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels with a mild detergent, removing shelves to wash separately, and vacuuming the condenser coils to maintain airflow. The digital display and controls wipe clean with a damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
An optional rotating mechanism can be added to the standard configuration, turning the glass shelves for easier access and display rotation. The showcase is catalogued under professional refrigeration for front-of-house use.
