Cold showcase KING REMOTE 1840 mm. Temperature range +1ºC/+10ºC
A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining a steady low temperature. The KING 1.9 AT REMOTE uses an external condensing unit to remove heat from the interior, circulating cooled air through a fan system. This dynamic cooling ensures even temperatures across every shelf, preventing warm spots that could spoil perishable items. The refrigerant absorbs heat inside the cabinet and releases it outside, allowing the cabinet itself to stay at the set temperature without the noise and heat of an internal compressor.
To operate the showcase, the external unit is connected and powered on. The electronic temperature regulator is set between +1 °C and +10 °C, with the digital display showing the current reading. Shelves are adjusted to the desired height and angle, and goods are loaded onto the six display levels and the bottom shelf. The LED lighting in the top panel and internal display is switched on, illuminating the products in white, pastry or pink tones. Night blinds can be pulled down when the shop is closed to reduce energy use. Automatic defrost cycles prevent ice build-up, and the condensate pump removes melted water, allowing it to be drained up to 0.6 metres high without manual intervention.
The cabinet is constructed with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam insulation, keeping the cold in and energy use low. The front lower panel and interior shelves are made of coated steel, available in various colours to match the shop's decor. The open top panel features LED lighting behind organic glass, which can also be coloured. Price strips in different colours help organise products and pricing. The thermostat is positioned on the back wall of the shelf, freeing space for an additional row of shelves without increasing the cabinet's footprint.
The 230 V, 50 Hz voltage requirement matches standard UK commercial circuits, allowing the showcase to be plugged in without special wiring. The dimensions of 1840 mm wide, 770 mm deep and 2170 mm high provide ample display space while fitting through standard shop doorways. The weight of the unit means it is moved on castors or with a pallet truck, not carried by hand.
Cleaning involves wiping down the coated steel shelves and interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The night blinds should be cleaned regularly to maintain visibility. The LED lighting does not require replacement bulbs, reducing maintenance. The automatic defrost and condensate pump eliminate the need for manual defrosting or water removal.
The KING 1.9 AT REMOTE is available with a choice of colours for the coated steel panels, organic glass, LED lighting and price strips. Multiple showcases can be connected in a row, sharing the same cooling system for a seamless display. The catalogue places this model in the refrigerated display section for shops and supermarkets, alongside other ventilated cold showcases with external units.
