Instead of relying on still air, a fan circulates cooled air evenly across every shelf, preventing warm spots and ensuring consistent freshness. The external refrigeration unit draws heat away from the display, allowing the internal space to stay cool without taking up room inside the cabinet. This method also makes defrosting automatic, so ice does not build up and block airflow.

The operator loads the shelves with products, sets the desired temperature on the electronic regulator, and starts the unit. LED lighting in the top panel and inside the cabinet switches on, illuminating the goods while keeping heat output low. A night blind can be pulled down to cover the open top when the shop closes, reducing energy use. Automatic defrost cycles run without intervention, and a condensate pump removes melted water, preventing spills.

The cabinet is built with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam insulation, sealing the cooled air inside. The front lower panel and interior are made of coated steel, available in various colours to match shop decor. Six adjustable display shelves, plus a fixed bottom shelf, allow the height and angle to be changed to fit different products. Price strips in matching colours help organise pricing, while the illuminated top advertising panel draws attention to promotions.

The 230 V, 50 Hz voltage requirement means the showcase plugs into a standard single-phase circuit found in most shops. The external refrigeration unit must be positioned separately, freeing up internal space for more shelves. The 2460 mm length, 770 mm width, and 2170 mm height create a large display footprint that fits along supermarket aisles or shop counters without obstructing movement.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel shelves and interior with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. The night blind should be cleaned regularly to prevent dust build-up, which could affect its smooth operation. LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting, as the bulbs last for years without replacement.
