Cold showcase PAROS REMOTE 920 mm. Temperature range +3/ +10 ºC
A refrigerated display showcase that keeps chilled goods visible while circulating cold air from an external condensing unit. The external unit removes heat and noise from the sales area, leaving only the glass-fronted cabinet on the shop floor. Inside, a fan draws air across the evaporator coil and distributes it evenly across every shelf, ensuring every product reaches the same set temperature without hot or cold spots.
The operator loads the shelves from the front, adjusting height and angle to suit different pack sizes. A digital regulator on the cabinet sets the target temperature between +3 °C and +10 °C; the display confirms the current reading. When the shop closes, a night blind rolls down over the glass to reduce energy use and protect the contents. Automatic defrost cycles clear any ice from the evaporator coil without manual intervention, maintaining consistent cooling performance.
The cabinet frame is insulated with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam. Exterior side walls are plastic, while the front and base panels are available in a choice of colours. Interior surfaces and display shelves are coated steel, also offered in various colours. Price strips and bumpers match the chosen colour scheme. Shelves adjust in height and angle, allowing the operator to organise the display for different product lines.
The 230 V, 50 Hz supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most commercial premises. The footprint of 920 mm wide by 695 mm deep fits within typical worktop or floor space in retail environments. Height of 2020 mm allows clear visibility of products from across the shop while keeping the cabinet within standard door heights for delivery and installation.
Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel interior and shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The glass panels and plastic side walls are cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Night blinds should be rolled up and wiped down periodically to remove dust. The external condensing unit requires no daily maintenance on the showcase side, but the air filters on the remote unit should be checked and cleaned according to the manufacturer's schedule.
Variants include different exterior and interior colours, allowing the showcase to match existing shop décor or branding. The PAROS 1.0 REMOTE is categorised under refrigerated display equipment for retail and foodservice environments.
