A ventilated chilled showcase keeps perishable food at a steady low temperature while presenting it through clear glass panels. The external refrigeration unit draws heat from the air inside the cabinet and expels it outside, allowing the internal fans to circulate cold air evenly across every shelf. This dynamic cooling prevents warm spots and ensures that every item, from front to back, stays within the safe chilled range without freezing.

The operator loads the shelves with pre-chilled products, adjusts the height and angle of each shelf to suit the items on display, and sets the desired temperature on the electronic regulator. Once switched on, the unit maintains the chosen temperature automatically, defrosting as needed without manual intervention. Night blinds are pulled down to reduce energy use when the shop is closed, and the digital display shows the current temperature at a glance.

The cabinet is built with a coated-steel interior and display shelves that can be repositioned or tilted.
