Cold showcase PAROS REMOTE 1840 mm. Temperature range +3/ +10 ºC
A chilled display showcase that keeps food visible and fresh by circulating cooled air evenly across every shelf. The remote refrigeration unit sits outside the cabinet, so the noise and heat stay out of the customer area while the cold air is pushed through ducts into the display. This ventilated cooling method prevents hot spots and keeps every item at the same temperature, whether it is placed at the front or the back of the shelf.
The operator loads the shelves with pre-chilled products, sets the desired temperature between +3 and +10 °C on the digital regulator, and the system starts automatically. Night blinds roll down to cover the glass when the shop closes, cutting energy use and protecting the contents. An automatic defrost cycle clears ice from the evaporator without manual intervention, so the showcase stays at the set temperature without interruption.
The cabinet is built with plastic side walls and glass side panels that can be ordered in various colours to match shop décor. The base, front panel and bumper are also available in different colours. Inside, coated steel shelves adjust for height and angle, allowing the operator to tilt them forward so customers can see the products clearly. Price strips in matching colours clip onto the shelves to hold labels.
The electronic temperature regulator shows the current temperature on a digital display, letting staff check it at a glance. The 230 V, 50 Hz supply plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, the same as most kitchen equipment. The footprint of 1840 mm long by 695 mm deep fits along a wall or island counter, while the 2020 mm height keeps the top shelf within easy reach for restocking.
Cleaning follows from the materials: the coated steel shelves and interior wipe down with a damp cloth, and the glass panels clean with standard glass cleaner. The night blinds roll up for access, and the price strips snap off for washing. The automatic defrost system means no manual scraping is needed, but the drain tray should be checked and emptied regularly to keep water from pooling.
Variants include different colours for the side panels, base, front panel, bumper and price strips, all chosen at order. The remote refrigeration unit is sold separately and must be installed outside the customer area.
