A refrigerated display showcase keeps chilled products visible while maintaining safe temperatures. The unit circulates cold air through a ventilated cooling system, drawing heat away from food and circulating it evenly across every shelf. This dynamic cooling prevents warm spots and ensures consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet, preserving freshness without freezing items that should stay chilled but not solid. The refrigeration cycle relies on a compressor, condenser and evaporator, with refrigerant gases absorbing heat inside the cabinet and releasing it outside, keeping the interior within the set range while the exterior remains at room temperature.

To use the showcase, plug it into a 230 V single-phase supply and allow it to reach the programmed temperature. Load products onto the coated steel shelves, adjusting their height and angle to suit different items. The electronic controller with digital display lets the operator set the desired temperature between +1 °C and +10 °C, while the automatic defrost cycle prevents ice build-up without manual intervention. The night roller blind can be pulled down to cover the glass front, reducing energy use when the shop is closed. LED lighting in the top panel and interior illuminates products, with selectable colours for white, confectionery or meat displays to enhance presentation. Price strips and bumpers are fitted in matching or contrasting colours to coordinate with the shop's branding.

The cabinet is constructed with insulated plastic sides and double-glazed insulated glass to minimise heat transfer. Ecological polyurethane foam fills the walls, base and doors, providing thermal insulation without harmful gases. The base covering and front bottom panel are powder-painted steel, available in different colours to match the shop's decor. Interior and exposition shelves are also coated steel, allowing height and angle adjustment to accommodate various product sizes. A condenser outlet directs waste heat to an external container, while an alarm alerts staff to condenser impurity or fan failure, ensuring the system remains efficient.

The 230 V, 50 Hz voltage requirement means the showcase connects to a standard single-phase circuit found in most professional kitchens and retail spaces. The 10.5 kWh energy consumption over 24 hours reflects the load on the supply during continuous operation, which is typical for refrigeration equipment maintaining low temperatures. The 175 kg weight indicates the unit is designed for permanent placement rather than frequent relocation, requiring a stable floor and careful handling during installation. The 1020 mm width, 840 mm depth and 2020 mm height footprint determines the space it occupies on the shop floor, fitting into standard retail layouts while allowing aisle clearance.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel shelves and interior surfaces with mild detergent to remove food debris and fingerprints. The glass front should be cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner to maintain visibility. The condenser outlet and fan require periodic inspection to ensure airflow is not obstructed by dust or debris, which could trigger the alarm and reduce cooling efficiency. The night blind should be rolled up and down regularly to prevent sticking, and the LED lighting checked for consistent brightness.

The TIMOR 1.0 is available with selectable colours for the plastic sides, base covering, front panel, shelves, price strips, bumpers and LED lighting, allowing customisation to match the shop's colour scheme. The refrigerant options include R404a, R507, R448 and R449, with the cooling system adapted for R448 A and R449 A.

This refrigerated showcase is categorised under professional refrigeration for retail display, designed for shops requiring chilled storage with visual merchandising.
