Cold showcase TIMOR 1940 mm. Temperature range +1ºC/+10ºC
A refrigerated display showcase keeps chilled goods visible and accessible while maintaining a steady low temperature. The unit draws warm air from the front, cools it over an evaporator coil, then circulates the cold air across the shelves with a fan. This dynamic, ventilated cooling prevents hot spots and keeps every shelf at the same temperature, so products at the back chill as quickly as those at the front. The evaporator coil gradually collects frost; an automatic defrost cycle melts it without manual intervention, ensuring the system stays efficient and the display remains clear. To use the showcase, the operator loads the shelves with chilled goods, sets the desired temperature on the digital controller, and closes the night roller blind when the kitchen shuts. The LED lighting programme—white, confectionery or meat—switches on automatically, illuminating the interior and the top panel. The electronic controller displays the current temperature and sounds an alarm if the condenser becomes blocked or the fan fails. A small outlet at the back directs melted frost water into a container that the operator empties periodically. The cabinet is built on a powder-painted steel base and clad with insulated plastic side panels and double-glazed glass. The front bottom panel and interior shelves are coated steel, available in several colours. Each shelf adjusts in height and tilt to suit different product heights and viewing angles. Price strips and a protective bumper at the front are also colour-selectable, matching the kitchen's scheme. The top panel is illuminated with LED lighting behind coloured plexiglass, creating a consistent brand look. The 230 V, 50 Hz supply plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens. The 19.7 kWh daily energy consumption reflects continuous cooling and lighting; the unit is designed for constant use rather than occasional storage. The 280 kg weight requires a stable floor and a trolley for initial positioning. The 1940 mm width, 840 mm depth and 2020 mm height fit a standard worktop run, leaving space for adjacent preparation or service areas. The coated steel shelves and powder-painted base shrug off kitchen spills, so a damp cloth restores the display to spotless in minutes without scrubbing or disassembly. The coated steel shelves and interior wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The glass panels and LED lighting strips need regular dusting to keep the display bright. The condenser outlet container must be emptied weekly to prevent overflow, and the fan guard checked for dust build-up that could reduce airflow. The night roller blind should be cleaned monthly to remove grease and fingerprints, keeping the front panel clear when the unit is closed. The Showcase TIMOR 1.9 is a plug-in refrigerated display unit for professional kitchens and retail counters.
