A refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible and safe by circulating cold air across every shelf. The external remote unit draws heat out of the showcase, then the ventilated cooling system pushes the chilled air evenly through the cabinet so that every item stays at the same temperature. The TOBAGO 2/2.50 REMOTE is built as a single module that connects to an external refrigeration unit, allowing multiple cases to share one compressor. The operator loads the shelves with pre-chilled food, sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +1 and +10 °C, and the system maintains that level automatically. Night roller blinds cover the glass front when the shop closes, reducing energy use while still protecting the contents. LED lighting above the shelves switches on with automatic power compensation, ensuring consistent brightness without flicker or excess heat.

Construction uses a white-coated steel base and front panel, with a choice of colours for the front bottom panel and interior shelves. A stainless-steel plinth at the base seals the unit to the floor, preventing dust and spills from entering. The interior and display shelves are made of coated steel, adjustable in height and angle to suit different products. Price sheets clip into place along the front edge, and a siphoned condensate drain with a 40 mm connecting pipe carries away any moisture that collects during cooling.

The 230 V, 50 Hz supply plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, making installation straightforward in most retail kitchens. The 2500 mm length, 900 mm width and 1560 mm height create a large display area without taking up excessive floor space, while the +1 to +10 °C temperature range suits fresh meats, dairy, prepared salads and other perishable items that must stay chilled but not frozen. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation keeps the cold air inside and the ambient heat outside, reducing the load on the refrigeration system.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel shelves and interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The night blinds roll up for easy access, and the price sheets can be removed and replaced without tools. The external unit requires periodic checks by a refrigeration engineer to ensure the refrigerant levels and mechanical expansion valve are functioning correctly, but the showcase itself has no moving parts inside, simplifying daily upkeep.
