A refrigerated display case keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe temperatures. The remote refrigeration unit pumps cooled refrigerant through a coil inside the cabinet. Fans circulate air across the coil, lowering the temperature evenly around the shelves. This dynamic cooling prevents warm spots and ensures every item stays within the set range without freezing. The system defrosts automatically during off-cycles, melting any ice that forms on the coil and draining the water away through a siphoned outlet, so the unit never needs manual defrosting.

To load the showcase, the operator slides or hinges open the doors, or rolls up the night blind if fitted. Adjustable shelves are set to the required height, and products are arranged on them. The electronic regulator is set to the desired temperature between +1 and +10 °C, and the digital display confirms the setting. LED lighting inside the upper section illuminates the display area, while energy-saving EC fans maintain airflow. The unit is plugged into a 230 V, 50 Hz supply, and the remote refrigeration unit is connected to the lower cooling circuit outlets.

The display area and outer casing are powder-coated for durability and easy cleaning. Adjustable shelves allow different product sizes to be accommodated, and price sheets can be attached for customer information. The cabinet is insulated with ecological polyurethane foam, reducing energy loss and maintaining stable temperatures. The mechanical expansion valve regulates refrigerant flow, optimising cooling efficiency.

The 1250 mm width, 820 mm depth, and 2150 mm height provide a compact footprint for shop floors, while the 80% transparent display area maximises product visibility. The 0.0229 kW power rating reflects the energy-efficient design, suitable for continuous operation in commercial settings.

Cleaning involves wiping down the powder-coated surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the condensate drain should be checked periodically to ensure it remains clear. The LED lighting and EC fans require no regular maintenance beyond occasional dusting.

Variants include sliding or hinged doors, or night blinds, allowing the unit to be adapted to different shop layouts and operating hours. The remote refrigeration unit supports multiple refrigerant options, including R448 A, R449 A, R452 A, R407F, R404 A, and R507 A, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
