A refrigerated display case keeps chilled products visible and accessible while maintaining a steady low temperature. The unit circulates cold air across every shelf with internal fans, ensuring even cooling without hot spots. This dynamic airflow prevents condensation on the glass and keeps food at a safe holding temperature throughout the day. The refrigeration cycle runs on a remote compressor, which reduces noise and heat in the sales area and allows the case to be positioned almost anywhere on the shop floor.

The operator loads the shelves with pre-chilled items, sets the desired temperature on the digital regulator, and leaves the case to run. Automatic defrost cycles clear frost from the evaporator without manual intervention, and a siphoned condensate drain carries melted water away so the interior stays dry. LED lighting above each shelf illuminates the products evenly, while energy-saving EC fans reduce power consumption during long trading hours.

The case is built with a powder-coated outer casing and display area for durability in a retail environment. Adjustable shelves let the user organise different product heights, and the large glass front gives up to 80% transparency so customers can see the full range. The cooling circuit uses a mechanical expansion valve and is insulated with ecological polyurethane foam to minimise temperature loss.

The unit measures 1600 mm wide, 720 mm deep and 2150 mm high, fitting into standard retail floor plans. It operates on a 230 V single-phase supply, drawing 0.0280 kW to maintain a temperature range of +1 °C to +10 °C. This range is suitable for dairy, deli meats, prepared salads and other chilled goods that must stay above freezing.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass, removing and washing the shelves, and vacuuming the condensate drain trap to prevent blockages. The powder-coated surfaces resist fingerprints and can be cleaned with mild detergent.
