A ventilated cold display case keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining a steady low temperature. A refrigeration unit circulates cold air through the cabinet, preventing warm spots and ensuring every shelf stays within the set range. This dynamic cooling method allows the case to recover quickly after the doors are opened, so the temperature remains stable even during busy service periods.

The operator loads the shelves with prepared food, drinks or other chilled items, then sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +1 °C and +10 °C. Once powered on, the unit begins the automatic defrost cycle out of service hours, melting any frost without interrupting the display. Condensate drains through a siphoned outlet, eliminating manual emptying. LED lighting inside the upper section illuminates the products evenly, while energy-saving EC fans reduce power consumption without compromising airflow.

The case is constructed with a powder-coated outer casing and display area, providing a durable, easy-to-clean surface. Adjustable shelves allow the interior to be reorganised for different product sizes, and the lower outlets of the cooling circuit simplify maintenance access. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation minimises heat transfer, helping the unit maintain temperature efficiently.

Controls include an electronic temperature regulator with a digital display, allowing precise monitoring and adjustment. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement matches a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most commercial kitchens and retail spaces.

The footprint of 1875 mm width, 720 mm depth and 2150 mm height fits into a compact floor space while offering a large display volume. The weight of the unit ensures stability, and the design allows for installation against a wall or as a freestanding unit.

Cleaning involves wiping down the powder-coated surfaces and adjustable shelves with a damp cloth. The siphoned condensate drain prevents water build-up, and the automatic defrost cycle reduces manual upkeep. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.

Variants include models with sliding or hinged doors, or night blinds, allowing the case to be secured when the premises are closed. The refrigerant options—R448 A, R449 A, R452 A, R407F, R404 A or R507 A—ensure compatibility with existing refrigeration systems and environmental regulations.
