A remote cold showcase keeps chilled products visible while maintaining a steady low temperature. The refrigeration unit is mounted separately, so the display case itself produces no heat or noise where customers browse. A fan circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, preventing warm spots and ensuring consistent cooling throughout the cabinet. This dynamic airflow also speeds up temperature recovery whenever the doors are opened, so food stays within the safe zone without interruption. To load the showcase, the operator sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +1 °C and +10 °C. Shelves adjust in height to fit different product sizes, and LED lighting above each shelf illuminates the contents without adding heat. Once stocked, the case runs continuously, with an automatic defrost cycle that activates outside trading hours to avoid ice build-up. Condensate drains through a siphoned outlet, eliminating manual emptying. The structure is built from powder-coated steel inside and out, with ecological polyurethane foam insulation that reduces energy use. Adjustable shelves, price sheets, and energy-saving EC fans are standard. The cooling circuit uses a mechanical expansion valve and connects to a remote condensing unit via lower outlets, supporting multiple refrigerant options including R448 A, R449 A, R452 A, R407F, R404 A, and R507 A. A 230 V, 50 Hz supply powers the internal components, drawing 0.0597 kW to maintain temperature. The footprint of 3750 mm wide, 720 mm deep, and 1990 mm high fits along shop counters or against walls, with up to 80% transparency for clear product visibility. Variants include sliding doors, hinged doors, or night blinds to secure stock after hours. The powder-coated finish on the exterior and display area resists kitchen splashes and fingerprints, so shelves stay presentable through busy service hours. Shelves lift out for deeper cleaning, and the siphoned drain prevents water accumulation. The electronic display and controls require no regular maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
