Cold showcase VARIO 100H REMOTE 1250 mm. Temperature range 3M1(-1/+5ºC)/ 3M2(-1/+7ºC)/ 3H1(+1/+10ºC)
A remote refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible while maintaining safe temperatures. The unit connects to an external condensing unit, which removes heat from the air inside the case. A double air curtain flows across the open front, creating a barrier that separates the cold interior from the warmer room air. This dynamic cooling system prevents warm air from entering, reducing energy use and keeping food at the correct temperature without frost or condensation on the glass.
The operator loads the shelves with pre-chilled products, then sets the electronic temperature regulator to one of three climate classes: 3M1 for delicate items such as pastries, 3M2 for general chilled goods, or 3H1 for slightly warmer displays. The digital display shows the current temperature, and electronically switched fans circulate the cold air evenly across every shelf. LED overhead lighting illuminates the contents, with options for white or pink tones to enhance the appearance of different foods.
The case is built on a stainless-steel base plinth, with coated steel interior panels and adjustable shelves. The front lower panel and top profile are made of coated aluminium and steel, available in various colours to match shop décor. Six display shelves hang at adjustable heights and angles, plus a fixed base shelf for heavier items. A siphoned condensate drain with a 40 mm connecting pipe carries away moisture, preventing water build-up inside the case.
The 230 V, 50 Hz supply powers the fans, lighting and electronic controls, while the 0.081 kW power rating reflects the energy-efficient design. The footprint of 1250 mm wide by 1000 mm deep fits standard shop floor layouts, and the 2245 mm height allows full visibility of products from across the room. The remote configuration means the noisy condensing unit is placed outside the shop, reducing noise and heat in the sales area.
Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel and aluminium surfaces with a damp cloth, adjusting or removing shelves as needed. The siphoned drain should be checked periodically to ensure it remains clear. The case is available in different widths, depths and heights, and the front panels can be ordered in various colours to match branding or interior design.
