A remote cold display case keeps chilled products visible and accessible while maintaining precise temperatures. The external refrigeration unit circulates cooled refrigerant through the showcase, removing heat from the interior without taking up space inside. A double air curtain flows across the open front, creating a barrier that keeps warm air out and cold air in. This dynamic cooling system ensures even temperatures throughout the display, preventing hot spots and preserving food quality without the need for glass doors that can obstruct customer access. The operator loads the shelves with chilled goods, then sets the desired temperature range using the electronic regulator.
