The unit circulates cold air from an external refrigeration system through a double air curtain that seals the front opening. This curtain flows continuously, preventing warm air from entering and ensuring even cooling across every shelf. Because the compressor and condenser are housed separately, the showcase itself runs quietly and stays cool to the touch, making it suitable for customer-facing areas where noise and heat would be disruptive. The operator loads the shelves with prepared dishes, pastries or chilled drinks, then sets the desired temperature band on the electronic regulator. The digital display shows the current reading, and the fans adjust speed automatically to hold the chosen range. Five adjustable shelves allow the height and tilt to be changed for different product sizes, while the base shelf provides extra storage or display space. LED overhead lighting illuminates the contents in either white or pink tones, enhancing presentation without adding heat. Construction is a combination of coated steel and aluminium profiles. The front lower panel and interior shelves are coated steel in a choice of colours, while the top front panel is an aluminium profile that matches the same palette. The electronic temperature regulator controls the cooling cycle, and the mechanical expansion valve modulates refrigerant flow for consistent performance. Energy-saving fans switch electronically to reduce power consumption during quieter periods. The unit requires a 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase supply, drawing a low 0.109 kW load that fits standard commercial circuits. Overall dimensions of 1875 mm wide, 1000 mm deep and 2045 mm high allow it to fit through most shop doorways and under standard worktop heights. Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel and aluminium surfaces with mild detergent, removing the shelves for thorough washing, and checking the condensate drain for blockages. The overhead LED strips bathe the pastries in a warm white glow that keeps sugar glaze looking freshly applied throughout the morning rush.
