A remote-driven cold display case maintains chilled temperatures by circulating refrigerant from an external unit through coils inside the cabinet. Fans draw warm air over the coils, cooling it before releasing it back into the display area. A double air curtain forms an invisible barrier at the front, keeping the cold air inside while allowing clear visibility of the products. This method ensures even cooling across all shelves without frost build-up, making it suitable for delicate items like pastries, dairy, or prepared meals. The operator positions the external condensing unit outside or in a plant room, connecting it to the showcase via refrigerant lines. Once powered, the electronic regulator is set to one of the three temperature ranges: 3M1 for frozen goods just above freezing, 3M2 for slightly warmer chilled items, or 3H1 for fresh produce. The digital display shows the current temperature, allowing staff to monitor conditions without opening the case. Shelves are adjusted to the desired height and angle, and products are arranged for maximum visibility. LED overhead lighting, available in white or pink tones, enhances the presentation without adding heat. The showcase is constructed with a coated steel front lower panel and a coated aluminium top profile, both available in various colours to match retail branding. The base plinth is stainless steel for durability, while the interior and shelves are coated steel, also customisable in colour. Six adjustable display shelves allow flexible arrangement, with an additional fixed base shelf for heavier items. A siphoned condensate drain with a 40 mm connecting pipe directs moisture away, preventing puddles inside the unit. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement means the unit plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, drawing 0.109 kW during operation. The footprint of 1875 mm wide, 1000 mm deep, and 2245 mm high allows it to fit into most retail spaces, with a tolerance of ±10 mm for installation adjustments. The remote design eliminates heat and noise from the sales area, creating a more comfortable environment for customers and staff. The coated steel and aluminium surfaces resist fingerprints and smudges, so a quick wipe with a damp cloth keeps the case looking sharp between customer rushes. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, while the LED lighting and electronic controls require no regular maintenance. The condensate drain should be checked periodically to ensure it remains clear. The showcase is available in different sizes and colour options, allowing customisation to fit specific retail layouts and branding requirements.
