A remote-driven cold display case maintains chilled air around food without an on-board compressor. The refrigerant circulates from an external condensing unit through concealed pipes, removing heat from the interior and releasing it outside the sales area. A double air curtain flows across the open front, creating a barrier that keeps the cold in and the warm out while allowing unobstructed customer access. This dynamic cooling method ensures even temperatures throughout the cabinet, protecting freshness without frost build-up on the products.

The operator loads the six adjustable shelves and the base shelf with chilled goods, then sets the electronic regulator to one of the three standardised temperature programmes: 3M1 for delicate items such as dairy and prepared salads, 3M2 for general chilled produce, or 3H1 for slightly warmer displays like cured meats. LED overhead lighting switches on automatically, and the energy-saving fans start the air curtain. The digital display shows the running temperature, while the siphoned condensate drain collects and removes moisture through a 40 mm connecting pipe.

The cabinet is built on a stainless-steel base plinth for stability. The front lower panel and interior shelves are coated steel, available in various colours to match store branding. The top front panel is a coated aluminium profile, also colour-customisable. Each shelf can be hung at different heights and tilted to improve product visibility. Optional price sheets clip into the top mounting profile system, and lighting colour can be chosen between white pastry and pink to enhance the appearance of different food types.

The 0.109 kW power rating reflects the modest electrical load of the internal fans and lighting, with the bulk of the cooling work handled by the remote condensing unit. A 230 V single-phase supply is required, matching the standard circuit found in most professional kitchens and retail spaces. The footprint of 1875 × 900 mm allows the unit to fit through standard doorways and along typical shop aisles, while the 2245 mm height maximises vertical display space without exceeding ceiling clearances in most premises.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel and aluminium surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The siphoned drain should be checked periodically to ensure it remains clear, and the air curtain outlets at the top and bottom of the front opening should be kept free of dust to maintain efficient airflow.
