A double air curtain across the front opening minimises warm air infiltration, ensuring consistent cooling without frost build-up on the shelves or products. Energy-saving electronically switched fans distribute the chilled air evenly, preventing hot spots and maintaining the set temperature range throughout the display area.

The operator loads the five adjustable shelves and the base shelf with chilled products, then sets the desired temperature band on the electronic regulator. The digital display shows the current temperature, allowing the operator to monitor conditions without opening the case. LED overhead lighting illuminates the products, with options for white pastry or pink lighting to enhance presentation.
