A remote cold showcase keeps chilled food visible and safe without an integrated compressor. The external refrigeration unit circulates cooled refrigerant through the display case, removing heat from the interior while maintaining precise temperatures. A double air curtain creates a barrier of cold air across the open front, preventing warm air from entering and reducing energy loss. This method ensures even cooling throughout the cabinet, preserving the freshness and appearance of displayed items while allowing customers to view them clearly. The operator positions the showcase in the desired location, connects it to the external refrigeration unit, and adjusts the shelves to the required height and angle. The bottom base shelf and five adjustable display shelves provide flexible storage for different product sizes. The electronic temperature regulator with digital display allows the operator to set the desired temperature range, which the system maintains automatically. LED overhead lighting illuminates the interior, enhancing the presentation of chilled goods. The condensate drain with a siphoned pipe removes excess moisture, preventing water build-up inside the cabinet. The showcase features a front lower panel in coated steel and a front top panel made of coated aluminium profile, both available in various colours. The base plinth is constructed from stainless steel, providing durability and ease of cleaning. The interior and display shelves are also made of coated steel, offering resistance to corrosion and wear. The electronic temperature regulator controls the cooling system, allowing the operator to select from three temperature ranges: 3M1 (-1 to +5 °C), 3M2 (-1 to +7 °C), or 3H1 (+1 to +10 °C). The 0.177 kW power rating indicates the electrical load required for the fans and lighting. The 230 V, 50 Hz voltage requirement means the showcase connects to a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most commercial settings. The dimensions of 3125 mm (length), 1000 mm (width), and 2045±15 mm (height) determine the space the unit occupies on the shop floor, allowing for integration into various store layouts.
