The external condensing unit circulates refrigerant through the display case, removing heat from the interior without taking up space inside the unit itself. A double air curtain flows across the open front, creating a barrier that keeps cold air inside and warm air out, reducing energy use and preventing condensation on the glass. This dynamic cooling system ensures even temperatures throughout the display area, protecting perishable items while allowing customers to view them clearly. The operator loads products onto the adjustable shelves, setting the desired temperature range on the electronic regulator. The digital display shows the current temperature, and the system automatically cycles the fans and refrigerant flow to maintain the set point. LED overhead lighting illuminates the display, with options for white or pink hues to enhance the appearance of different products. The condensate drain collects moisture from the cooling process, directing it away through a siphoned pipe to prevent water build-up inside the case. The showcase is constructed with a coated steel front lower panel and a coated aluminium top panel, both available in various colours to match the shop's decor. The base plinth is made of stainless steel for durability, while the interior and shelves are coated steel, also customisable in colour. Six adjustable display shelves allow the hanging height and angle to be changed, accommodating products of different sizes. The bottom base shelf provides additional storage or display space, and optional price sheets can be fitted for clear product labelling.
