The unit relies on an external refrigeration unit, which removes heat from the interior and expels it outside the display area. Dynamic cooling is achieved through a double air curtain that flows across the front opening, creating a barrier that keeps the internal temperature stable even when the case is frequently accessed. Electronically switched fans circulate the cooled air evenly, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent chilling throughout the cabinet. The operator loads the shelves with products, sets the desired temperature range on the electronic regulator, and allows the system to reach the target temperature before opening to customers. The digital display provides real-time monitoring, while the mechanical expansion valve adjusts refrigerant flow to maintain efficiency. Condensate is automatically drained through a siphoned pipe, eliminating manual emptying. Construction combines coated steel and aluminium profiles for durability and aesthetic flexibility. The front lower panel and interior shelves are made of coated steel, available in various colours, while the front top panel uses coated aluminium. A stainless steel base plinth supports the structure, and six adjustable display shelves allow for customisable product arrangement. LED overhead lighting, available in white pastry or pink tones, enhances product visibility without adding heat. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement corresponds to a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for most retail environments.
