A remote-cooled display case keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining precise temperatures. The external refrigeration unit circulates refrigerant through the showcase, removing heat without taking up space inside the unit. A double air curtain flows across the open front, creating a barrier that keeps cold air inside and warm air out. This dynamic cooling method ensures even temperatures throughout the display, preventing hot spots and condensation on glass surfaces.

The operator loads the shelves with products, then sets the desired temperature range using the electronic regulator. The digital display shows the current temperature, allowing staff to monitor conditions without opening the case. LED overhead lighting illuminates the contents, with options for white or pink tones to enhance the appearance of different food types. The condensate drain collects moisture from the cooling process, directing it away through a siphoned pipe to prevent water build-up inside the unit.

The showcase is constructed with a coated steel front lower panel and a coated aluminium top panel, both available in various colours to match retail environments. The base plinth is made of stainless steel for durability, while the interior and display shelves are coated steel, also available in different colours. Six adjustable shelves allow for flexible product arrangement, with options to change height and angle to suit different items. The bottom base shelf provides additional storage or display space.

The 0.177 kW power rating indicates the electrical load required for the internal fans and lighting, while the 230 V, 50 Hz voltage matches standard UK commercial circuits. The 3125 mm length, 900 mm width, and 2245 mm height provide a substantial display area without occupying excessive floor space. The temperature ranges of -1/+5 °C, -1/+7 °C, and +1/+10 °C accommodate different types of chilled products, from dairy to fresh produce.

Cleaning involves wiping down the coated steel and aluminium surfaces with appropriate cleaners, while the stainless steel base plinth can be sanitised with standard kitchen disinfectants. The adjustable shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the condensate drain pipe should be checked periodically to ensure proper drainage.
