A refrigerated display case keeps chilled goods visible and accessible while maintaining precise temperatures. The unit circulates cold air from an external remote condenser through a double air curtain at the front opening. This curtain forms a barrier that separates the internal cold zone from the warmer ambient air, reducing temperature fluctuations and energy loss. The system uses a mechanical expansion valve to regulate refrigerant flow, ensuring consistent cooling performance across varying loads and ambient conditions. The operator loads the shelves from the front, arranging products at the desired height and angle. The electronic temperature regulator with digital display allows setting one of three climate classes: 3M1 for frozen goods, 3M2 for chilled items, or 3H1 for slightly warmer displays. Once set, the unit maintains the chosen range automatically, with energy-saving fans adjusting airflow to match demand. LED overhead lighting illuminates the display, with options for white pastry or pink tones to enhance product appearance. The showcase is constructed with a coated steel front lower panel and a coated aluminium front top profile, both available in various colours. The base plinth is stainless steel, while the interior and adjustable shelves are made of coated steel. Five display shelves allow flexible arrangement, with the bottom shelf serving as a base. A siphoned condensate drain with a 40 mm connecting pipe removes moisture, and the cooling circuit outlets are positioned at the lower rear for connection to the remote unit. The 3750 mm width, 1100 mm depth, and 2045 mm height provide a substantial display area, while the 0.193 kW power rating reflects the energy-efficient design. The 230 V, 50 Hz voltage requirement matches standard UK commercial circuits, allowing straightforward installation in most professional settings. The remote condenser configuration reduces noise and heat output in the display area, making it suitable for customer-facing environments. Cleaning involves wiping down the coated steel and aluminium surfaces with mild detergent, while the stainless steel base plinth can be sanitised with standard kitchen cleaners. The adjustable shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the condensate drain should be checked periodically to prevent blockages. The overhead LED strips cast an even, shadow-free glow across every shelf, letting pastries and prepared meals appear fresh and appetising from the first morning customer to the last evening shopper.
