A remote cold display case keeps chilled products visible and accessible while maintaining consistent temperatures. The unit relies on an external refrigeration system, which removes heat from the air inside the cabinet. A fan circulates this cooled air across the shelves, forming a curtain that separates the cold interior from the warmer room. This dynamic air curtain reduces temperature fluctuations when the door is opened, preserving food safety and quality without overworking the compressor. To operate the showcase, the external refrigeration unit is connected and powered on. The electronic temperature regulator is set to the desired climate class—3M1, 3M2 or 3H1—each corresponding to a specific temperature range for different types of chilled goods. Once the target temperature is reached, products are loaded onto the five adjustable shelves and the base shelf. The LED overhead lighting, available in white pastry or pink tones, illuminates the display, enhancing product visibility.
