A remote-cooled refrigerated showcase keeps chilled food visible while maintaining safe temperatures. The external condensing unit circulates refrigerant through the display case, removing heat from the interior. A dynamic double air curtain flows across the front opening, creating a barrier that minimises warm air infiltration while allowing clear visibility of the products. This method ensures consistent cooling without frost build-up on the shelves, making it suitable for delicate items like pastries, salads and pre-packaged meals.

The operator loads the shelves from the front, arranging products at the desired angle and height. The electronic temperature regulator is set to one of the three standardised climate classes—3M1, 3M2 or 3H1—each defining a specific temperature range for different types of food. Once the showcase is powered, the energy-saving fans circulate chilled air evenly across the shelves, while LED overhead lighting illuminates the display. The siphoned condensate drain collects moisture from the cooling process and directs it to a waste pipe, preventing puddles inside the unit.

The showcase is constructed with a coated steel front lower panel, a coated aluminium front top profile and a stainless steel base plinth. The interior and adjustable display shelves are also made of coated steel, available in various colours to match the shop's branding. Six shelves allow flexible product arrangement, with the option to change the hanging height and angle, plus a fixed base shelf for additional storage. The modern LED lighting offers colour options, including white for general display and pink for enhancing the appearance of pastries.

Controls include an electronic temperature regulator with a digital display, allowing precise setting and monitoring of the internal climate. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement means the unit connects to a standard single-phase circuit, while the 0.193 kW power rating indicates a modest electrical load suitable for continuous operation. The 3750 mm width, 900 mm depth and 2245 mm height provide a large display area without occupying excessive floor space, making it adaptable to various shop layouts.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel and aluminium surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. The siphoned condensate drain should be checked periodically to ensure it remains clear, and the LED lighting may be replaced if it dims over time. The showcase is designed to be driven solely by an external condensing unit, eliminating heat and noise from the sales area.
