IGLOO TADEUSZ 0.7 Bread Display Rack with LED Lighting

A static display rack organises baked goods in full view while keeping them within easy reach. Shelves are spaced to hold loaves, baguettes or pastries without crowding, and the angled top mirror reflects the uppermost items so customers see every level at once. The granite countertop provides a stable work surface for slicing or packaging, and the base cupboard stores trays, bags or cleaning supplies out of sight.

The operator loads each shelf from the front, arranging products so the LED confectionery lamps cast even light across every item. The sliding doors of the base cabinet open without swinging into the aisle, allowing quick access to stored items during service. The angled top mirror is fixed, so no adjustment is needed once the rack is positioned.

The frame and shelves are constructed from aluminium profiles with silver or gold decorative inserts, giving a modern finish that resists corrosion. A sturdy granite countertop sits above the base cabinet, which is fitted with sliding doors. Each of the four shelves measures 400 mm deep by 700 mm wide, providing ample space for standard bakery trays or loose products.

The single-phase 230 V supply powers the LED lighting, drawing a modest load that suits a standard kitchen circuit. The 84 kg weight requires two people to move the rack safely, and the 700 mm width fits through most bakery doorways. The overall height of 2350 mm maximises vertical display space without exceeding typical ceiling clearance.

Cleaning involves wiping the aluminium shelves and frame with a damp cloth, polishing the granite countertop with a mild detergent, and dusting the top mirror. The LED lamps are sealed units and require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.

The TADEUSZ 0.7 is supplied as a single unit with four shelves, granite countertop, base cabinet and angled top mirror. Shelves are available in silver or gold finish as specified at order.
