A bread display rack helps organise and illuminate large quantities of baked goods, allowing customers to view every item clearly without bending or reaching. The unit stands on the shop floor, presenting products at eye level and below, while LED lamps provide even lighting to highlight freshness and texture effectively.

The TADEUSZ 1.7 features four horizontal shelves arranged vertically to create distinct display zones. Each shelf accommodates trays or baskets of bread, keeping different varieties separate and preventing damage. A granite countertop at waist height offers a sturdy surface for slicing, wrapping, or displaying smaller items. Above the shelves, a tilted mirror reflects the topmost products, enhancing visibility from a distance and adding depth to the display.

To load the rack, trays or baskets are placed on each shelf, starting from the bottom. LED lamps above every shelf are switched on, casting focused light downward. The base cupboard's sliding doors open to provide storage for packaging, utensils, or additional stock. Once loaded, the unit operates continuously, maintaining consistent lighting to keep bread looking fresh throughout the day.

The frame and shelves are built from aluminium profiles with silver or gold decorative inserts, combining durability with a modern look. The granite countertop resists scratches and stains, while the angled top mirror is adjustable for optimal positioning. Each LED lamp is positioned above its shelf, directing light precisely where needed.

Controls are simple, with a single on-off switch for the LED lighting. The unit operates on a standard 230 V supply, matching typical UK electrical outlets.

The power rating of 1.4 kWh per 24 hours reflects the continuous use of LED lamps, ensuring low running costs while providing bright illumination. Weighing 204 kg, the rack is moved using a pallet truck or trolley before final positioning, where it remains stable without anchoring. Its dimensions of 1700 mm by 630 mm fit standard bakery counter spaces, while the height of 2350 mm plus 10 mm clearance ensures compatibility with most retail ceilings.

Cleaning involves wiping the aluminium shelves and frame with a damp cloth, removing crumbs from the granite top, and dusting the angled mirror. The base cupboard's sliding doors can be removed for thorough cleaning, and LED lamps should be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth to avoid moisture damage.

The TADEUSZ 1.7 includes four shelves, a granite countertop, a base cupboard, and an angled mirror. The aluminium profiles are available with either silver or gold inserts, allowing customisation to match the shop's decor.
