IGLOO TATIANA 1.0 refrigerated display showcase

A refrigerated display showcase keeps perishable goods chilled while presenting them to customers through clear glass. The TATIANA 1.0 uses static cooling: air circulates naturally inside the cabinet without forced fans, so the temperature stays even and the product does not dry out. This method is quieter and needs less maintenance than fan-assisted systems, making it well suited to small shops where noise and upkeep matter.

The operator loads the stainless-steel exposition shelf with meat, cheese, fish or other chilled items. The curved front glass swings open for easy access, and the night blind of plexiglass slides down after hours to keep the contents secure and reduce energy use. LED lighting inside—available in white, confectionery or pink—illuminates the goods without adding heat, so the showcase remains at the set temperature of +2 to +8 °C. An electronic controller with a digital display lets the operator check and adjust the temperature, while automatic defrost prevents ice build-up on the internal cooling aggregate.

The cabinet is built on anodised aluminium profiles in gold or silver, with an external top housing of coated steel that can be ordered in different colours. Ecological polyurethane foam fills the walls for insulation, and the worktop is stainless steel. A condenser outlet directs waste heat to an external container, and an alarm sounds if the condenser becomes clogged or the fan fails.

The 230 V, 50 Hz supply plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, and the 2.1 kWh daily energy use reflects the load on the kitchen's electrical system. At 75 kg, the unit can be moved by two people, and the 990 × 765 mm footprint fits neatly on most shop counters. The 10 mm adjustment allowance in the height dimension helps level the unit on uneven floors.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel worktop and exposition area wipe down with standard sanitising solutions, the curved glass cleans with glass cleaner, and the night blind can be removed for washing. The LED lamp and electronic controller are sealed units that need no routine maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
