IGLOO Warm Showcase JAMAJKA 610 mm with Remote Cooling

A ventilated warm showcase keeps confectionery at serving temperature without drying it out. The unit circulates air continuously through a remote cooling system, maintaining an even climate across every shelf. This method prevents hot spots and condensation, so cakes and cookies stay fresh longer than in a static cabinet.

The operator loads the three adjustable glass shelves with trays of pastries, then sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +5 °C and +15 °C. LED lighting above each shelf switches on automatically, casting a warm glow that highlights the colours and textures of the display. A curved front glass panel opens upwards for easy access, while a sliding rear door allows restocking from the kitchen side without disturbing customers.

The outer case is crafted in wood, available in several finishes, and insulated with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam. Inside, the frame can be painted silver, gold or black to match the decor. A lower wooden shelf provides additional storage or staging space. Automatic defrost cycles run without manual intervention, keeping the interior clear of ice.

The showcase measures 610 mm wide, 865 mm deep and 1370 mm high, fitting a standard worktop or counter. Its 51 W power draw runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz circuit, typical of a domestic or light commercial supply. The low wattage reflects the efficiency of remote cooling, which moves the compressor and condenser outside the display area, reducing noise and heat in the front of house.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior frame with a damp cloth, while the wooden surfaces require occasional polishing to maintain their finish. The curved front glass and sliding rear door are removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting strips are sealed to prevent moisture ingress.

The JAMAJKA 610 mm is available in various wood colours and interior frame finishes. It can be configured with glass side panels or combined glass bulkheads for multiplexed installations. The door opening direction on the hinged-door variant is selectable at installation.
