The MINI VARNA 90 is loaded from the front. The operator slides trays or containers onto one of five adjustable shelves, organising stock by type or date. Top and vertical side lighting illuminate the contents, allowing quick identification without opening the door. Once the cooler is filled, the automatic cycle begins: the refrigerant R290 absorbs heat from the interior, and the cooled air is pulsed through the cabinet in short bursts. The operator monitors the internal temperature on the control panel and removes items as needed, keeping the workflow continuous.

The cabinet is built from powder-coated steel, with exterior panels in a durable finish and interior surfaces in mirror steel for easy cleaning. Five rows of shelves adjust to accommodate different container heights, maximising the 1.52 m² useful surface. The unit stands on a stable base, weighing 190 kg, which keeps it steady on the kitchen floor without anchoring.

Controls are minimal: a thermostat sets the desired temperature within the +4 to +10 °C range, and the lighting switches activate the top and side illumination. The specified temperature range allows safe storage of chilled goods that require gentle cooling, such as salads, desserts and dairy products, without risking freezing.

The 900 mm width, 620 mm depth and 2000 mm height fit into standard kitchen layouts, occupying a compact footprint while providing ample storage. The 190 kg weight ensures the cooler remains stable during use but may require two people or a trolley for initial positioning.

Cleaning involves wiping the mirror steel interior and powder-coated exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the lighting covers are accessible for dusting. The R290 refrigerant is sealed within the system, requiring no maintenance from the operator.
