JUKA Lumina MINI 1380 mm Confectionery Showcase

A confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and decorated cakes at a steady cool temperature while displaying them under bright light. The refrigerated air circulates gently around the glass shelves, preventing condensation from forming on the surface of the products and keeping colours and textures crisp for hours. The neutral version simply provides the same bright, dust-free environment without cooling, for items that do not need refrigeration but still benefit from an attractive presentation.

The operator loads the shelves from the rear service door, arranging each item so that the front row is fully visible through the curved glass front. Once the temperature is set between +6 °C and +12 °C on the digital controller, the unit maintains that range automatically, drawing heat out of the cabinet with R290 refrigerant. The shelves are adjustable in height, allowing taller celebration cakes or tiered stands to be accommodated without removing shelves.

Construction combines a stainless-steel exterior and interior with a chipboard casing for rigidity. The glass shelves rest on stainless-steel brackets that clip into vertical slots, making height changes quick and tool-free. A bright internal LED strip illuminates the entire length of the cabinet, casting even light across every shelf.

The digital controller is mounted on the right-hand end panel. It displays the current temperature and allows the operator to set the desired range within the +6 °C to +12 °C band. A separate switch turns the internal lighting on or off independently of the refrigeration cycle.

A footprint of 1380 mm by 825 mm fits neatly along a worktop or against a wall, while the 1200 mm height places the top shelf at eye level for most staff. The 210 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or with two people, and once in place it remains stable without additional fixing.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a mild detergent solution, removing the glass shelves to wash them separately, and dusting the LED strip cover to maintain brightness. The chipboard casing should be kept dry to prevent swelling.

Two versions are available: refrigerated (CH) and neutral (NE). Both share the same dimensions, materials and adjustable glass shelving.
