A confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and decorated cakes at a steady cool temperature while presenting them under bright, even light. The Lumina MINI uses a refrigeration circuit charged with R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant that absorbs heat from the interior and releases it at the back. Because R290 has a low global-warming potential, the circuit remains efficient without harming the environment. A fan circulates the cooled air across the shelves, preventing warm spots and keeping every item at the same temperature from front to back. The glass front and sides let customers see the display without opening the cabinet, so the interior stays cool and the pastries stay fresh for hours.

To use the showcase, the operator slides the adjustable glass shelves into the desired positions, loads the confectionery and sets the temperature between +6 and +12 °C on the control panel. Once the cabinet reaches the chosen temperature, the fan and compressor cycle automatically to maintain it. The bright internal lighting switches on, illuminating the display while the exterior remains cool to the touch. When the showcase is no longer needed, the shelves can be removed for cleaning and the interior wiped down.

The cabinet is built with a stainless-steel interior and exterior framework, while the casing is made from chipboard for stability. Adjustable glass shelves allow the operator to organise the display according to the size and height of the items. The unit weighs 170 kg, which means it is moved with a trolley or two people, and its footprint of 980 mm wide by 825 mm deep fits on most worktops or counters without overhang.

The temperature range of +6 to +12 °C is chosen for confectionery: cool enough to keep chocolate from melting and cream fillings from spoiling, yet not so cold that delicate decorations become brittle. The 980 mm width provides ample space for a variety of items without crowding, while the 1200 mm height allows customers to view the display comfortably from a standing position.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and stainless-steel interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying them to prevent water marks. The exterior casing can be dusted regularly to maintain a professional appearance.

Two versions are available: the refrigerated model (CH) maintains the set temperature, while the neutral model (NE) provides the same display space and lighting without refrigeration, suitable for ambient items.

The Lumina MINI 980 mm is listed in the confectionery equipment section of the catalogue, designed for bakeries, patisseries and cafés that require an attractive, functional display for their products.
