A refrigerated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and cakes at a steady cool temperature while displaying them under bright, even light. The unit circulates chilled air behind the scenes, drawing heat away from the food and holding it between +6 °C and +12 °C so that textures and flavours stay fresh for hours without freezing.

To load the showcase, the operator lifts the curved front glass on its counter-balanced hinge, slides in the adjustable glass shelves at the desired height, and arranges the products on the shelves or on the tray-slide bottom decks. The sliding double-glazed rear doors open silently and close automatically, giving access from the back for restocking or cleaning. LED lighting, mounted above the cavity, illuminates every shelf without adding heat, so colours and details remain true to the eye.

The MAGNUM 940 mm is built on a stainless-steel frame clad in a wooden casing that can be finished with silver or black serigraphy on the front and side glasses. Four lockable wheels allow the unit to be moved into position and then secured. An automatic water-evaporation system collects condensation from the cooling cycle and disposes of it without manual intervention.

Controls are kept simple: a thermostat sets the temperature within the stated range, and the LED lighting is switched on or off as needed. The 940 mm width provides a generous display area without taking excessive floor space, while the 230 kg weight ensures stability once the wheels are locked.

Cleaning is straightforward: the front glass lifts clear, the shelves and bottom decks slide out, and the interior surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth. The wooden casing is treated for easy wipe-clean maintenance, and the stainless-steel frame resists corrosion in a busy kitchen environment.

Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled display, neutral (NE) for ambient storage, and hot (GR, 140 mm width only) for heated products. The refrigerated model is the one described here.
