The cooled air settles inside the cabinet, creating an even temperature zone that preserves freshness without freezing. The glass front and sides allow customers to see the products clearly, while the refrigeration system works continuously to counteract the heat from lighting and ambient air entering when the doors open. The MINI VARNA 90 DUZ is loaded from the front through two hinged double-glazed doors. Shelves are adjusted to fit different product heights, and the night blinds are pulled down after service to reduce energy use and protect the contents. The top and vertical LED lighting illuminate the interior, ensuring products remain visible even in low ambient light. The cabinet is built with powder-coated steel on the exterior and mirror-finish steel inside. The sides feature double glass with serigraphy, except where vertical LED lighting is installed. Five rows of adjustable shelves provide organised display space, and the night blinds roll down to cover the glass when the unit is not in service. Controls are simple: the temperature is set within the +4 to +10 °C range, allowing the showcase to hold chilled ready-to-eat foods, dairy, and prepared dishes without freezing them. The 230 kg weight indicates a stable, floor-standing unit that does not require wall mounting or additional support. Cleaning involves wiping the interior mirror steel surfaces, removing and washing the shelves, and cleaning the glass doors and night blinds. The powder-coated steel exterior can be wiped down with a damp cloth, and the LED lighting requires occasional dusting to maintain brightness.
