A refrigerated showcase built to fit snugly into an inside corner, keeping meat products chilled while displaying them through a curved front glass. The unit uses R290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon that absorbs heat from the interior and releases it outside, maintaining the set temperature without harming the environment. This cooling process relies on either gravity or forced air: in gravity mode, cold air naturally settles at the bottom, creating a gentle, even chill; in ventilated mode, a fan circulates air more aggressively, pulling heat away faster and holding a slightly lower range.

The operator loads the stainless steel worktop with trays or cuts of meat, then sets the desired temperature band using the control panel. Once powered, the compressor starts, the refrigerant begins its cycle, and the internal temperature drops. A heater beneath the worktop and front glass prevents condensation from forming, ensuring the glass stays clear and the worktop remains dry. The grey bumper protects the unit from knocks, while the powder-coated steel front and ABS sides resist scratches and stains.

Two versions are available: one with gravity cooling for a quieter, more gradual chill between +2 and +8 °C, and another with ventilated cooling for a tighter range of 0 to +6 °C. The 1500 mm length, 1100 mm width and 1250 mm height create a footprint that fits neatly into a corner, saving floor space in a busy kitchen. At 180 kg, the unit is heavy enough to stay stable but can still be moved with a pallet truck or trolley.

The stainless steel worktop wipes clean with a damp cloth, while the powder-coated steel front and ABS sides can be wiped down with mild detergent. The curved glass should be cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner to avoid scratches. The heater under the worktop and front glass requires no maintenance beyond ensuring it remains free of debris.
