JUKA Neutral Showcase Carmella NE 645 mm for Confectionery Display

A neutral showcase keeps confectionery at room temperature while presenting it under bright, even light. The unit does not refrigerate or heat; it relies on ambient air drawn through a forced cooling system to prevent condensation on the glass and to maintain a stable environment. LED lighting inside the cabinet highlights the products without raising the temperature, making it suitable for delicate items like chocolates, pastries and decorated cakes that would suffer from cold or heat.

To use the showcase, the operator slides open the double-glazed rear doors, places the confectionery on the non-adjustable glass shelves, and closes the doors. The LED lighting switches on automatically, illuminating the display through the front and side panels. The forced cooling fan runs continuously, circulating air to keep the glass clear and the products visible. No temperature setting is required; the showcase simply preserves the ambient conditions of the room.

The construction combines a powder-coated steel frame with a wooden casing for a refined appearance. The glass shelves are fixed in place and highlighted by the internal lighting. Front and side panels are double-glazed with serigraphy available in golden, silver or black; corner serigraphy is limited to golden or silver. Three finishes—golden, silver or black—allow the unit to match different shop decors.

The showcase is supplied in three versions: refrigerated (CH), hot (GR) and neutral (NE). This page describes the neutral version only. The 645 mm width model has hinged rear doors; wider models (90 and 130) use sliding double-glazed doors.

The 110 kg weight means the unit must be positioned on a sturdy floor or reinforced worktop before stocking. The 645 mm width, 850 mm depth and 1370 mm height define the footprint; the showcase occupies a fixed space and cannot be stacked or expanded.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and panels with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The wooden casing should be dusted regularly to maintain its appearance. The forced cooling system requires occasional vacuuming of the intake grille to prevent dust build-up, which would reduce airflow and visibility.
