A heated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at serving temperature without drying them out. The unit circulates warm air evenly behind double-glazed glass panels, maintaining a steady climate that keeps fillings soft, glazes glossy and textures intact. Forced convection prevents hot spots, so every shelf receives the same gentle warmth whether the display holds a single tray or a full load of éclairs, macarons or fondants. To use the showcase, the operator slides the rear double-glass doors open, positions the adjustable glass shelves at the desired height, and loads the confectionery directly onto the shelves. The front glass panel is secured by a continuous string that allows quick access while keeping the display secure. Once the doors are closed, the temperature is set on the control panel; the unit warms up and holds the chosen level between +40 °C and +90 °C. LED lighting illuminates the interior, highlighting the colours and textures of the products without adding heat. The glass top lets customers view the display from above, while the serigraphed side and front panels frame the showcase in black and silver. The cabinet is built from powder-coated steel for durability and a wooden casing for stability. Double-glazed glass on the sides, front and rear reduces heat loss and condensation, keeping the display clear and energy use low. The black finish and serigraphy give a professional appearance that suits patisseries, cafés and hotel buffets. The temperature range of +40 °C to +90 °C allows the showcase to hold items that require gentle warmth, such as filled chocolates, warm desserts and glazed pastries, without risking over-heating or drying. The 240 kg weight ensures the unit remains stable on the floor, while the 1300 mm width provides ample display space for multiple trays or larger items. The footprint of 1300 mm by 860 mm fits standard worktop depths and allows the showcase to be positioned against a wall or island. Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, taking care not to scratch the glass. The powder-coated steel and wooden casing can be cleaned with a soft cloth, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. The LED strips illuminate every delicate sugar crust and caramel swirl without casting shadows across the curved glass shelves. The RAFAELLO GR 1300 mm is available in three versions: refrigerated (CH) for chilled display, heated (GR) for warm items, and neutral (NE) for ambient storage.
