JUKA Showcase MINI VARNA 110 DP Chilled Display Unit

A chilled display showcase keeps prepared food, desserts or chilled drinks at a steady low temperature while presenting them in clear view. The unit draws heat out of the interior with a refrigeration circuit that uses R290, a refrigerant chosen for its low environmental impact. A compressor circulates the refrigerant, absorbing heat from the air inside the cabinet and releasing it outside, so the temperature stays between +4 °C and +10 °C. The process is continuous, maintaining the chill without freezing the products on display.

The operator loads the shelves with the items to be shown, then sets the desired temperature on the control panel. Once the unit reaches the set point, the LED lighting switches on, illuminating the contents from above and along the vertical sides. The night blind is rolled down at closing time to keep the interior cool and reduce energy use when the shop is closed. During service, the blind remains open, allowing customers to see the full display.

The cabinet is built from powder-coated steel, giving a durable, easy-to-clean exterior. Inside, the walls are finished in mirror-polished stainless steel, reflecting the LED light and making the products stand out. Five rows of adjustable shelves let the operator organise the display to suit different items, from tall bottles to shallow trays. The double-glazed front and sides with serigraphy reduce glare while still showing the contents clearly.

The 1.9 m² useful surface provides ample space for a variety of chilled goods without crowding. The 240 kg weight means the unit is stable and can be moved with a pallet truck or similar equipment. The 1100 mm width, 620 mm depth and 2000 mm height fit into most professional kitchens and retail spaces, taking up a compact footprint while offering a generous display area.

Cleaning involves wiping down the powder-coated steel exterior and the mirror-polished interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The adjustable shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. The night blind should be cleaned regularly to ensure it rolls smoothly and remains free of dust and debris.
