JUKA Showcase MINI VARNA 210 DP for Chilled Display

A chilled display showcase keeps prepared food and chilled goods at a steady low temperature while presenting them to customers. The unit circulates cold air behind the shelves and across the glass doors, maintaining an even chill without freezing. This method preserves freshness, texture and appearance, letting customers see the products clearly without opening the cabinet.

The operator loads the shelves from the rear or through the sliding doors, arranging items within the 3.8 m² useful surface. The temperature is set between +4 and +10 °C, suitable for chilled salads, desserts, dairy and pre-packaged meals. LED lighting along the top and vertical sides illuminates the display evenly, while night blinds roll down to reduce energy use when the shop is closed.

The showcase is built from powder-coated steel, with exterior panels in a durable finish and interior sides in mirror steel for easy cleaning. Five rows of adjustable shelves allow flexible organisation of different-sized items. Four sliding doors provide access from the front, and the night blinds cover the glass when not in use.

The 2100 mm width fits standard worktop layouts, while the 390 kg weight requires a stable floor and may need two people to move. The 3.8 m² display surface offers ample space for a variety of chilled products, and the +4 to +10 °C range keeps them safe and appealing throughout service.

Cleaning involves wiping the mirror steel interior and powder-coated exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The adjustable shelves and sliding doors can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. Night blinds should be rolled up and wiped down periodically to keep them free of dust and marks.
